A short path from the outdoor parking space leads to this three-storey chalet, with six bedrooms accommodating 10–11 guests. A south-facing terrace overlooks the Imperial Crown peaks, while a garden bordered by shrubs, including elder bushes, provides a peaceful setting.

Ground floor: a large entrance hall with a WC and basin; a welcoming living room with a stove and Wi-Fi; a dining area; and an equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher. Both the living room and kitchen open onto the terrace.

First floor: a spacious, wood-panelled main bedroom with a 180 × 200 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, WC and basin. A single bedroom has a sofa that converts to a single bed and a desk by the window.

Lower ground floor: three double bedrooms, each with two single beds side by side, and a bedroom with a set of bunk beds. One bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and basin; a second has a bath, WC and basin. Pets are not allowed.
