We welcome clients at Rue du Vieux Village 14, 3961 St-Luc. This statement covers immobilier-vacances.ch and the enquiries you send us. Data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where its conditions of application are met, the GDPR.
The data we collect and how we use it
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, and the subject and content of your message. We use this information to reply, arrange a conversation and handle your rental, purchase or management enquiry.
When you make a booking, MyCITI receives your travel dates, chosen property, first and last names, email address and postal address. This information is used to create and manage your booking and is transmitted to C.T. Creative Technologies, the provider of CITI and Rentalp. Payment takes place on the provider's secure payment page; this website does not collect your card number.
Browsing the website also generates technical information, including your IP address, the date and time, the pages requested and browser information. We use this for website operation, security and troubleshooting. Our form protections help limit unwanted messages.
Hosting and who receives your data
The website and email service are hosted by Infomaniak. Enquiries are handled by the agency team and the technical providers needed to receive them and maintain the website, within the scope of their respective duties.
Our pages load property photographs from immobilier.ch servers and other external property sources. Your browser sends these servers the technical information needed to display the images, including your IP address and request details.
The catalogue, availability and booking form are integrated into the website through MyCITI. Payment may open the payment provider's secure page; full listings may open immobilier.ch; directions open Google Maps. These services are covered by their own privacy policies. Providers may process data outside Switzerland; their privacy information explains the relevant locations and safeguards.
How long we keep your information
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to follow up on your enquiry and, where a contract results, to manage that relationship. Information subject to a legal retention requirement or needed to protect legal rights is retained for the relevant period. Information that is no longer needed is intended to be deleted or anonymised.
To find out how long we retain your correspondence or to request its deletion, email info@immobilier-vacances.ch. Cookies and browsing preferences are explained in our cookie policy.
Your rights and how to contact us
You may ask us for information about your data, request its correction or deletion and, within the limits of applicable law, object to processing, request restrictions or ask for a copy of your data. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent for the future.
Send your request to info@immobilier-vacances.ch. We may ask for the information needed to verify your identity. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the authority responsible for your situation.
Security and updates
This website uses HTTPS. Access to correspondence is limited to people who need it for their work. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive information in an initial message through the contact form.
This statement is updated when our services or data processing change. Last updated: 21 October 2026.
