The open-plan kitchen has an oven, four-ring hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, raclette appliance and fondue set. The living/dining room includes television, Wi-Fi and balcony access. The fireplace must not be used. There is a bathroom and separate WC, plus a south-facing balcony-terrace.

The residence has ski storage but no lift. Covered parking space 52 is on the first floor of the municipal car park opposite, with 2.25 m clearance. Shops and the PostBus stop are immediately nearby. Pets are not allowed.
