A warm and characterful former raccard, a traditional timber granary, converted to accommodate four guests. In a quiet natural setting below St-Luc's old village, it has partly panoramic views, partially obscured by another granary. The ski slopes are ten minutes away on foot and the shuttle bus stop is three minutes away.

Heating is partly supplied by a wood-burning stove connected to the hot-water system, so the fire needs to be maintained.

Ground floor: an eat-in kitchen without a dishwasher, with a ceramic hob, wood-fired cooker and Nespresso machine; storage and a utility room with a fridge; a shower room with a basin and WC; and a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed.

Upper ground floor: a living room with a desk area, a small balcony with splendid views of the Imperial Crown peaks and Matterhorn, and a small mezzanine space for games or reading. Upstairs is a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed and a washroom with a basin and WC.

An outdoor parking space is 200 m away. A footpath connects the chalet with the old village at Fond Villa and the Route du Prillet shuttle stop. Pets are not allowed.
