The entrance has a WC and basin. The welcoming living room has a fireplace, Wi-Fi, cable television and dining area, beside an equipped open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a room with two beds side by side plus a separate single bed. The bathroom has a bath and WC.
The building has shared ski storage and a lift. A space is in the garage below, with 2.10 m clearance; large vehicles may find access difficult because manoeuvring room is limited. Pets are not allowed.
