Firewood is not supplied but can be bought at the village supermarket. The modern equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and ceramic hob. Electric blinds are fitted throughout.

A parking space is in the residence below, with 2.35 m garage clearance. Access is by lift followed by around 30 outdoor steps, or by a steep path and steps from the village square. Pets are not allowed.
