A high-quality 48 m², 1.5-room ground-floor apartment in Chalet Les Elfines, Impasse des Raccards, Chandolin. Spacious and comfortable, it is ideal for a couple seeking peace and quiet. The terrace has beautiful views, and an outdoor parking space is provided.
The entrance hall leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge, a dining area, and a living room with Bluewin television, internet access and a Scandinavian-style stove. Firewood is not supplied but is sold at the village supermarket. The living room opens onto the terrace.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and basin. Sliding wooden doors separate the double bedroom from the living area. Equipment and provisions can be stored in the garage, but the car must be parked in the outdoor space.
