A spacious south-facing attic duplex on the third floor of Résidence Les Alisiers, at St-Luc's village entrance, beside the shuttle stop and supermarket. The south-facing balcony has uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn and lower valley. This listing offers four bedrooms for up to eight guests.

The entrance hall has hanging space. The living room has a corner fireplace opening towards the balcony, with firewood supplied, a three-seat sofa, armchairs, fibre broadband and Wi-Fi, television, radio, board games, and books for all ages in several languages. The semi-open kitchen includes a dishwasher, three-ring induction hob, two fridges, oven, microwave, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, citrus press, a half-wheel raclette machine, tabletop raclette appliance and fondue set.

The bedrooms comprise one with a 160 × 200 cm bed and three with paired, separable 90 × 200 cm single beds, including the mezzanine bedroom. All have storage cupboards. There is a shower room with a basin, a bathroom with a bath and basin, and a separate WC with a basin. The building has a lift, ski storage and shared washing and drying facilities.
