A lower-ground-floor apartment for two to four guests at the foot of the slopes, opposite the funicular and five minutes' walk from the old village centre. It has a balcony with wonderful mountain views. Pets are not allowed.

The entrance hall leads to a large living room with two armchairs, dining area, Wi-Fi and cable television. The open-plan kitchen includes a three-ring hob, oven, fridge, kettle, moka pot, fondue set and raclette appliance. A twin bedroom with separate beds opens onto the balcony; two additional single beds are in the living room. The bathroom has a bath, basin, WC and hairdryer. Shared laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer.

Enclosed garage 22 is directly in front of the residence, with 2.10 m clearance. Access is difficult for a large vehicle because manoeuvring space in front of the garage is limited.
