A bright, contemporary three-storey chalet with splendid views, in an elevated position above the village, for 11–13 guests. Access involves approximately 100 steps and a path of around 100 m. St-Luc village is 300 m away.

Bedrooms comprise two doubles with 160 × 200 cm beds, one double with a 140 × 200 cm bed, one twin with 90 × 200 cm beds, one room with crosswise 90 × 200 cm bunk beds, and one single with an 80 × 200 cm bed. The top-floor living room has two 130 × 190 cm sofa beds.

The open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A cupboard by the entrance contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Two highchairs are provided, but there is no cot. The main living room has television, Wi-Fi and a wood-burning stove; firewood is not supplied but is sold at the village supermarket. There is a second living room on the top floor.

Layout: entrance on the ground floor; living/dining room, kitchen, one bedroom and a shower room with a WC on the first floor; four bedrooms, a bathroom with a WC and a shower room with a WC on the second floor; a single bedroom between the second floor and attic; and the additional living room with two sofa beds in the attic. There is a garden and furnished balcony-terrace, plus two covered outdoor parking spaces with 2.60 m clearance. Pets are not allowed.
