A charming detached chalet in the lower part of St-Luc, ideal for four to six guests, with a stone terrace and south/southwest-facing garden. In a peaceful setting, it enjoys splendid Imperial Crown views. Access may be more difficult after heavy snowfall.

Ground floor: an entrance hall with a cloakroom, living room with an open fireplace, dining area and semi-open kitchen with a dishwasher, small fridge and combination microwave/grill. Firewood is not supplied but can be bought at the village supermarket. A fondue set, raclette appliance, Nespresso machine, cafetière, toaster and radio/CD player are provided. Both the living room and kitchen open onto the terrace and garden.

Upstairs are two double bedrooms with wardrobes and direct balcony access, plus a twin bedroom with wardrobes. The bathroom has a bath and basin, with a separate WC.

An enclosed garage with 2.05 m clearance is 150 m away, and free public parking is 100 m away. In winter, a shuttle bus stop 150 m away connects with the funicular and the village. All pets are welcome. Wi-Fi is available.
