A spacious, south-facing 3.5-room apartment of 65 m² with a furnished 15 m² balcony, ideal for five guests. At the village entrance near the shuttle stop, it has splendid views of the Imperial Crown peaks and Matterhorn. Pets are not allowed.
The entrance hall has cupboards. The welcoming living room includes a decorative fireplace, cable television, DVD player and Wi-Fi, with a dining area and open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher.
One bedroom has two single beds side by side. A very spacious second bedroom has bunk beds, a trundle bed, a sitting area and balcony access. Both have storage cupboards. One bathroom has a bath, basin and WC; the other has a shower cubicle, basin and WC. Reserved outdoor space 100 is in front of the building. The apartment is on the first floor; the residence has a lift, ski storage and shared laundry facilities.
