A very bright 3.5-room duplex of 75 m² for four to five guests, opposite the Chandolin tourist office and beside the winter shuttle bus stop. It has wonderful panoramic views over the old village and mountains, plus a large furnished balcony. The building has a lift and shared ski storage.

The entrance hall leads to a bright living room with a large stone fireplace, television, stereo and bookcase. Firewood is not supplied but is sold at the village supermarket. The dining area has an oval table. Nearby is a shower room with a WC and basin. The open-plan kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer compartment, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, fondue pot, tabletop raclette appliance and grill.

The bedroom on the main level has two single beds and a trundle bed, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, WC and basin. A stone staircase leads to the spacious, bright upper bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, WC, bidet and basin. A hairdryer is provided. One space is included in the municipal car park, with 2 m clearance.
