A bright, characterful chalet for ten guests in St-Luc, arranged as two distinct parts for both privacy and time together. It is 100 m from the village centre, three minutes' walk from the supermarket and two minutes from the nearest bus stop. Two outdoor parking spaces are followed by around 20 steps to reach the chalet. There is no Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed.

The upper part accommodates four guests in two twin bedrooms, with four single beds in total. It has a fully renovated kitchen with a coffee machine, a spacious dining area and a modern shower room with a WC and basin.

An outdoor staircase leads to the lower part for six guests. This includes a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine; a welcoming living room with a decorative fireplace; a WC with a basin; and access to a large furnished garden and sports equipment store. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a bunk room, all with balcony access.
