Ground floor: an entrance hall, WC with a basin, living room and dining area with a corner bench. The kitchen has a serving hatch to the living room, a small fridge, four-ring hob and dishwasher, with access to the terrace.

Upstairs, the first bedroom has two single beds and two single-door cupboards. The second has a double bed, a single bed, balcony access and a four-door wardrobe. The third has a set of bunk beds, a single bed, balcony access and a two-door wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath, WC and basin.

Pets are not allowed. The fireplace does not meet current safety standards and must not be used.
