A spacious, bright 4.5-room apartment on the first floor of Résidence Barmaz A, at the entrance to the village and close to shops and the shuttle bus. Its large south- and southwest-facing corner terrace enjoys wonderful views of the Imperial Crown peaks and the Matterhorn. Access is straightforward, with an indoor parking space near the lift; garage clearance is 1.90 m.

The entrance hall has hanging space. The comfortable living room opens onto the south-facing balcony and has a stove, a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, armchairs, Wi-Fi, television, DVD player and radio. Firewood is not supplied but can be bought at the village supermarket. The open-plan kitchen includes a dishwasher, ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, fondue set and raclette appliance.

There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed comprising two 90 × 200 cm mattresses, and two rooms each with a single bed and a set of 90 × 190 cm bunk beds. All have storage cupboards. One bathroom has a bath, basin and WC; the second has a shower, basin and WC. Shared washing and drying facilities are available in the residence. Pets are not allowed.
