A very spacious 2.5-room apartment ideal for four guests, with two large furnished balconies. It faces south with splendid views of the Imperial Crown peaks and Matterhorn, at the village entrance near the free shuttle bus.

The entrance hall has cupboards. The welcoming living room includes a 140 × 200 cm sofa bed, cable television, radio/CD player and Wi-Fi. The dining area and open-plan kitchen include an oven, three-ring hob, filter coffee machine, toaster, two raclette appliances for two guests each, and a cheese fondue set.

The large bedroom has two 90 × 200 cm single beds side by side and storage cupboards. The bathroom has a bath, WC and hairdryer. Parking spaces in front of the building are reserved for residents but are not allocated individually: they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The apartment is on the first floor, with a lift, ski storage and shared laundry facilities in the residence. Pets are not allowed.
